Independent. Italian. Since 1987.
Lorenzo Apolloni and Margherita Blom founded the practice in a single room above a bookbinder in Florence in 1987. Three decades on, we remain partner-owned, deliberately small, and answerable only to our clients.

No franchise, no investor, no parent group. The two founders still run the practice.

Total active mandates as of this quarter. We do not chase volume — we chase the right estate for the right principal.

Sixteen years
The average length of relationship with our active clients. Most come to us through introduction; almost none through advertisement.

A network of restorers
We retain relationships with the Soprintendenza, with stonemasons in Pienza, fresco conservators in Florence, and a viticulturist in Montalcino. The estates we sell are estates we understand.
