Acquisition advisory
Sourcing estates that never reach the open market. Our search mandates begin at €3M and average 14 weeks from brief to completion.

Discreet sale
A four-stage release: shortlist of qualified buyers, by-invitation viewings, sealed offers, completion. Most of our sales are concluded without a public listing.

Estate management
For absentee owners — caretakers, accounts, gardens, vineyards, restoration projects. We retain a Florence-based operations team of nine.

Written valuation
A senior partner visits the estate, walks the grounds, and delivers a 12-page written valuation within fourteen days. €4,800 fixed fee, deductible against any subsequent mandate.
